Big Daddy
The Big Daddy is a very simple, but quite nice, LM386-based distortion circuit by runoffgroove.com. Full project info available here:

I decided to make a layout for this circuit using a Radio Shack "Dual General-Purpose IC PC Board". Why? Because I haven't seen it done yet, and because it would fit on the board. Also, it's easy for people to get and it looks cooler than using perfboard.
Check out this sound clip I recorded of the Big Daddy.
Here's the layout (now verified):

And here is a schematic I "drew":

Notes:
Most of the parts for this are available at Radio Shack. The pots will be hard to find there, but most everything else should be in the parts bins. If you can't find a 2N5457, you can substitute a MPF102.
Legal boilerplate:
The circuit design is by runoffgroove.com, but this layout was created by me. Since I've posted it on the internet (a public venue that anyone can access), I assume that people will use this layout for a variety of purposes, including commercial uses. This is fine with me. Just use it and enjoy.
