Boomerang Wah

This is a vero (strip board) layout of the old Maestro Boomerang Wah. This is a nice alternative to the Crybaby and Vox wah circuits that dominate the landscape now. So go score a cheap crybaby off Craiglist, pull the old board out, and drop this bad boy in there.

Here is the schematic I used:

This layout is verified.

Note the trace cuts at a-3, f-7, g-7, and j-8.

The ugly yellow thing is a Fasel inductor. One lead should connect to hole 7D, and the other should connect to 7I. You could also do 6D and 6I, it doesn't matter, as long as one lead is on row D and the other is on row I.

Here's the bill of materials:

Resistors:
R1: 10K
R2: 48K
R3: 120R
R4: 4K7
R5: 1M5
R6: 47k
R7: 8K2
R8: 620K

Capacitors:
C1: 47n
C2: 1uf
C3: 6uf
C4: 1uf
C5: 10n

Transistors:
Q1: 2n5088
Q2: 2n5088

Inductor:
Just about any will work, but the layout best accommodates a Fasel-style inductor.
